So what exactly is an evasive document? When you have a summons and the defendant that is being served does not open the door, never home, has a gatekeeper at work or a variety of other situations.

So what is a process server to do?
Cry and Bundle up in a corner? NOT US!

Over the years we have developed a suite of deception tactics to lure our cast of evasive winners. Today we will share one of these tactics with you.

Special Delivery: So everyone loves getting flowers, even evasive defendants. They mystery of who sent them, why they we're sent, and maybe even what kind of flowers? First we call the unknowinly sucker and let him/her know that are very lucky and obviously speacial to someone because they have been sent a boatload of beautifull flowers. But unfortunetlly the delivery has not suceeded previously and we would like to schedule proper delivery. After we schedule, our process server visits the location at the pre determined time and provides the evassive defendant with a boatload of documents and some colorful flower stickers pasted on top. So we didn't lie, we're honest here at Judicial Process & Support. If we come after you, don't get suckered into the flower bait. Beware. We call this The Flower Trap.

A process server delivers legal documents such as summons, complaint, subpoena, in order for the defendant (and other involved parties) to appear and argue against a proposed order. So-called "substituted service" can be accomplished when a process server leaves the documents with an adult that resides in the same home as the individual being served. In certain situations, an employee in a management role can also be served if the client desires. This all depends on if the "agent for acceptance of service" In other cases is the defendant is unknown or absent, the court may allow service by publication in a newspaper.

We have been getting some e-mails from individuals who wanted some more information on the legal industry in florida.  Here are some links that might help.
